Exclusions

• Air Fare from your respected city of departure
• VISA + OTB Charges ( INR 6200/- )

• Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, insurances, camera fees, excess baggage, emergency, medical cost, tips to drivers, guides and hotel staff.
• Any services not mentioned.
• Surcharges during peak seasons and fests.
• Dubai Tourism Tax (paid directly at the hotel, below are the apprx. cost)

• 3* Hotel- 10 Dirham per room per night
• 4* Hotel- 15 Dirham per room per night
• 5* Hotel- 20 Dirham per room per night

• Any increase in cost beyond our control such as fuel and Airfare increase, government levies and all taxes etc.

Land Package Booking & Cancellation policy:

Payment Policy

• 30% of the total tour amount OR  INR 10000 which ever is higher  to be paid at the time of  initial booking (Non- Refundable &  Non- transferable)
• Another 50 % to be paid 20 days prior to the departure date
• Another 20 % to be paid 10 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation Policy

In case of any cancellation, Vigo World Holidays & Travels must be informed about it in writing (Email). Below are the cancellation charges that will be effective from the day we receive the cancellation letter:-

• 30 or more days prior to departure – Initial Booking Amount
• 29- 15  days prior to departure - 60 % of tour cost will be charges as penalty
• 15-08 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost will be charges as penalty
• 07  days prior to departure OR No Show - NO REFUND
