•  The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
•  Check In time 12:00 noon & check out Time 10:00 noon as per Hotel Policies
•  Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
•  We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
•  In North-East, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
•  We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
•  Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
•  It is obligatory tenet to convey any photo ID card with address 02 duplicates & 04 Passport size Photos needed for all travelers while heading out to Tsomgo Lake NATHULA Pass and Baba Mandir & Lachung - Yumthang Valley, These places are restricted area and permits has to taken from Indian army & Govt. of Sikkim to visit those place

• 30% of the total tour amount to be paid at the time of initial booking
• Another 50 % to be paid 30 days prior to the departure date
• Another 20 % to be paid  07 days prior to the departure date

Cancellation Policy

In case of any cancellation, Vigo World Holidays & Travels must be informed about it in writing (Email). Below are the cancellation charges that will be effective from the day we receive the cancellation letter:-

• 30 or more days prior to departure  - 30 % of tour cost
• 29-16 days prior to departure - 60 % of tour cost
• 15-08 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
• 07-03 days prior to departure - 85% of tour  cost

Cancellation done 2 days prior to departure, or no show - NO REFUND
